Support Unicode URLs for Non‑ASCII Paths
Requesting improved unicode URL support. When someone visits pages on my site that contain Korean characters, I need to copy/paste the URL to know which page it is referencing. Paths like /는가.html show up as %EB%8A... etc. It does not show like this in the Chrome URL bar.
