Handle Percent-Encoded URLs

Currently, URLs that are percent-encoded (for example, spaces encoded as %20 or special characters encoded in UTF-8) may not be processed correctly by the analytics system. This can lead to duplicate entries, misgrouped events, or inaccurate reporting. The system needs to correctly decode and handle percent-encoded URLs to ensure accurate tracking and aggregation.
